1500 B Lateral Turnkey

The 1500 B Lateral  is one of our largest handcrafted brick ovens. Designed for commercial use, it is big enough to cook 6 12-inch pizzas at once with easy rotation around the fire, large batches of bread, or a very large roast such as a whole pig.

The 1500 B Lateral Key Features:

• Cooking Floor is 59″ wide by 38″ deep
• Dome height 9″1/2 for the standard dome and 12″1/2 for the raised dome 
• Door is 18″ wide by 8″1/2 high standard and 11″1/2 high for the raised option

• Oven Floor, made of extruded heavy duty 100% natural refractory clay tiles
• Oven Dome, fully bricked with refractory concrete reinforced with stainless steel fibers
