Chocolate Hazelnut Twists

This recipe for Chocolate Hazelnut Twists is delicious and easy to make in your wood-fired oven, perfect for any gathering!


  • Puff Pastry
  • Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
  • Chopped dark chocolate
  • Flour


  1. Flour your countertop and then spread the puff pastry out in a flat sheet. 
  2. Once the pastry is flat, spread the chocolate hazelnut spread evenly across the pastry, leaving about 1/4 inch of space around the border.
  3. Sprinkle the chopped dark chocolate evenly across the top. 
  4. Slice the pastry into 12 equal pieces, and then stack them, one piece on top of another, both with the spread side facing up. This should make 6 stacks.
  5. Gently take the end of each stack and twist them in opposite directions, before placing them in a baking dish. 
  6. Place the dish in the oven and allow to cook until golden brown.
