This "Couche de Boulanger" is used by Traditional Artisan bread bakers to create their fabulous flavorful and crunchy breads.
The Baker's Couche can be used for baguettes, long bread loaves, personal bread balls, or in a proofing wicker basket.
For best results never wash your Baker's Couche. Simply brush or shake flour off the fabric when done and let it dry flat before storing.
Once dry, scrape off any dried dough. Roll the fabric and store in a dry place.
