They offer cold fermented hand-stretch dough, prepared with the freshest all natural ingredients, and cooked in their wood fired oven at 900° F.
The oven is a Four Grand Mere 1030 C mounted by The Bread Stone Ovens Company on a 5′ by 6′ custom made trailer.
This pizza recipe may be a bit out of the ordinary. However, you will find the smoky taste of the Salmon and the tartness of the Goat Cheese pair well with a drizzle of Hot Honey on top of your pie.Â
Brent Ivy, the owner of Revolution Road Pizza, loved what he learned in his commercial workshop so much that he even took a piece of Antoine home with him.Â
