Ingredients:
- Lamb Stew Meat
- Onions
- Potatoes
- Salt
- Pepper
- Thyme
- Garlic
- Carrots
- Beef Broth
- Butter
- Flour
Recipe:
- Oil a cast iron pan.
- Add lamb stew meat to the skillet.
- Add the onions, carrots, garlic, salt, pepper and thyme to the skillet. Mix it all together.
- Add the skillet to a hot oven to sauté the meat and vegetables together.
- Remove from the oven once the meat is browned and the onions are caramelized, and mix.
- Add the potatoes and mix again.
- Add salt, pepper and beef broth.
- Cover the skillet in foil and place it back in the oven.
- Cook for about an hour at 350 degrees, or until the potatoes are soft.
- Remove from the oven and serve.
