All Natural Maple Wood Baguette Peel

This beautiful wood peel is made of white maple exclusively for Bread Stone Ovens. The natural grain of the wood prevents the raw dough from sticking to the peel. The tight grain of the maple makes it very resilient, and the size is ideal for loading baguettes.

The blade of the peel is 7" wide x 28" long with a total length of 42".
