1030 C - 40"- Turnkey

The Four Grand-Mere 1030 C Turnkey Solution is our best selling wood-fired pizza oven for mobile application, installed in food trucks or trailers. This beautiful oven has a 40.5" inner diameter and offers 9 square feet of cooking space.

You can fit:

3 pizza of 12" or 5 pizza of 10" at a time

The 1030 C has been specially designed to offer the same high quality and durability, made with refractory concrete reinforced with stainless steel fibers, yet is much lighter compared to our wood-fired brick ovens. At only 725 lbs. it heats up in just one hour and uses very little wood, making it the ideal oven for caterers and mobile businesses. The 1030 C has an optional metal brace that is specially designed to be easily attached and safely secured to a trailer's frame.
