1030 C - Pizza Oven Kit

The Four Grand-Mere 1030 C is our best selling wood-fired pizza oven and is ideal as an outdoor oven or for a mobile oven trailer. This beautiful oven has a 40.5" inner diameter and offers 9 square feet of cooking space.

You can fit:

3 pizza of 12" or 5 pizza of 10" at a time

The 1030 C has been specially designed to offer the same high quality and durability, made with refractory concrete reinforced with stainless steel fibers, yet is much lighter compared to our wood-fired brick ovens. At only 1,100 lbs it heats up in just one hour and a half and uses very little wood, making it the ideal oven for caterers and mobile businesses. The 1030 C has an optional metal brace that is specially designed to be easily attached and safely secured to a trailer's frame.

All of our residential ovens are backed by a 10-Year Warranty, and all of our commercial ovens are backed by a 3-Year Warranty.
