Cinnamon Rolls

Frosting/butter cream


Ingredients:

  • 140 g of butter
  • 280 g powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons of milk

Recipe:

  1. First dice butter and put in bowl
  2. Then sift powdered sugar
  3. Add milk and mix with electric mixer
  4. Finally enjoy it on something or plain.

Cinnamon rolls


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of room temperature milk
  • ½ cup of white  sugar
  • ½ cup of melted butter
  • 2 ¼ teaspoon of yeast
  • 4 cups of flour

Recipe:

  1. Pour your milk 
  2. Then add your sugar
  3. Add your butter and mix with a wooden spoon
  4. Add yeast an stir then let sit for ten min
  5. After that add flour and stir till kinda smooth
  6. Last cover bowl and let rise for 1 hour

Filling


Ingredients:

  • ¾ cup of brown sugar
  • ¾ cup of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon

 Recipe:

  1. Mix  all ingredients together
This is the recipe of the cinnamon roll.



Shaping the rolls and making the roll



Ingredients:1 cup of flour

  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • 2 tsp of salt

Recipe: 

  1. Add all ingredients to dough and mix with spoon
  2. Then knead till smooth
  3. Start to roll into the shape you want
  4. Then spread filling on dough
  5. Roll the dough 
  6. Cut the rolls with dental floss
  7. Then let proof for 35-45 min
  8. Let bake for 25-30 min at 350 F˚
