They offer cold fermented hand-stretch dough, prepared with the freshest all natural ingredients, and cooked in their wood fired oven at 900° F.
The oven is a Four Grand Mere 1030 C mounted by The Bread Stone Ovens Company on a 5' by 6' custom made trailer.
