Mobile Cart
Our Mobile Oven Cart is specially made by our Master Welder to accommodate the Four Grand Mere ovens. The cart is powder coated with two coats to withstand the elements. First layer is a galvanized coating and second is black paint that is baked on the metal for ultimate durability.
The cart wheels base is 36" wide by 36" deep to ensure stability. The top part of the stand is a metal tub designed to house the insulation and the floor of the oven.
The cart can be fitted with 3 different options:
- Ash box. This allows for the ashes and coals to be raked into the ash box and safely burn off. No more need for a metal bucket that you may burn yourself with.
- Landing counter space. A 36" wide by 12" deep shelf located right before the bricked landing of the oven. This allows to set down dishes or tools prior to being loaded into the oven.
- Tool rack. The tool rack can hold up to five tools and is fully removable when not in use.
